Taking care of yourself doesn't mean only eating well...getting rest and doing nice things for yourself...
I mean, yes, that's part of it but there's so much more people don't realize sometimes...
To me...
Taking care of yourself also means⤵⤵
♻Confronting yourself
♻Holding yourself accountable
♻Taking responsibility for the messes you've made in your life...
Realizing that, no, you're not always right simply because you are you, actually...
Sometimes you're dead ass wrong too.
Now that's 👆👆what I call taking good care of yourself not only physically but you gotta be an all rounder!!!
You know sometimes only we can really tell ourselves the truth...

So (Clothes folded,tick✔️) Here comes the foot wear and handbag struggle... I always feel like travelling without those two cos, they're properties you can't minimise nor fold no matter how hard you try and as person like me wey no dey like stress, I no dey like carry plenty plenty load travel...but what are your clothes without you...
